About the client

Tiresias SpA is a Chilean science- and technology-based company that emerged as a spin-off from the Pontificia Universidad Católica de Chile, dedicated to the development and commercialization of digital psychological assessments for children, adolescents, and adults. Its tests, developed in collaboration with the Centro de Desarrollo de Tecnologías de Inclusión (CEDETi UC), are characterized by their scientific rigor, validity, and adaptability to the local context.

The challenge

Tiresias SpA required a platform capable of centralizing all tests developed by CEDETi UC, along with its own developments, without sacrificing simplicity or usability for end users. In addition, it was essential to facilitate collaboration among different user groups while avoiding the use of multiple accounts per institution or individual evaluator.

This was compounded by the need to integrate assessments originating from different technological sources, such as web applications, desktop devices, and tablets, while maintaining consistency in scoring and reporting processes.

The solution

Bengala developed Tiresias Corrector as a comprehensive platform focused on automating test scoring and generating personalized reports, centralizing the management of assessments within a single system.

Its main features include:

• Full automation: results are calculated in real time based on examinees’ responses, applying formulas and algorithms defined by specialists.

• Test management: allows evaluators to manage tests, credits, and reports from a unified control panel.

• Report generation: the system produces dynamic, clear, and visually understandable reports, with formats specific to each test.
